The gains came during 2 stints of consistent PE. The first 0.5” of length gains came will being consistent with the newbie routine for about 3 to 4 months. I then tried to cement my gains and continued on the newbie routine, consistently for about 2 to 3 more months. I stopped PE afterwards or at least wasn’t consistent.
After more than a year, I got back in to PE to try to reach 8” NBPEL. I started off with the newbie routine for about 3 months, then added the first generation Penimaster to my routine. In about 3 to 4 months I gained another 0.5” on erect length gains. Again, to cement my gains, I continued wearing the extender for another 3 months along with jelqs and manual stretches. I think I incorporated A- and V-stretches into my routine.
Again, after cementing my gains I stopped PE or wasn’t consistent at all. I’m back again though, hoping to get another 0.5” of BPEL gains and then I’ll go from there.
To my surprise, I haven’t lost any of my erect length gains so those extra 3 months after gaining seemed to have worked to cement my gains.
Lastly, besides extender work, I’m an avid supporter of a good jelq workout.
