I made my own stretcher and I use it five days on and two off. I spend about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour in a hot bath with the device and in four months I`ve gained 5/8” of erect length and fantastic erection quality.

I find that I need to take a week off from stretching every month or so because of the intensity of the stretching is psychologically fatiguing.

In the last few weeks I have begun to clamp also and I am finding that my penis can take a lot of duress, like the rest of my body.

I also jelq every day after urination, about 100 jelqs at a time. I think I need to do more research on jelqing technique as a stand-alone exercise as the clamping and stretching becomes so intense that I know I will have to take an extended break soon.

As a final note, the only injury I`ve incurred has been while jelqing. I tore the skin of my penis near the base one night while jelqing and it took nearly a week to heal.

The device I made is a lot like one I saw illustrated here. I made it out of two U brackets and two barrel tensioners that allow me to increase the tension on my penis as I warm up in the bath. I think the total comst of the device was around $10. I will borrow a camera and post a picture.

And regarding why anyone would want to use a penis stretcher……er, to make it longer.

The picture in this article shows the exact design I use. The parts are all available at home depot. The only thing I will say about using the device is that it takes a while to get used to the fit and the tension to use and that it`s not to be worn for longer than half an hour at a time because the pressure from the clamp is so great that tissue death will begin to set in after too much longer than that.

I guess I missed the piercing bit….I use a clamp plate attached to a u-bolt that clamps with bolts. Sorry for the confusion. It was uncomfortable to use at first, but when worn correctly, it provided intense stretching.

I use it in a hot bath and stretch out in increments of 1/4” at a time over half an hour or so. Some times the head of my penis will slip out of the device if I don`t clamp tighly enough and I have to begin the stretching again. The stretching has provided me with 5/8” of growth in four months and vastly improved erections due to the kegeling while stretching and I believe the attention I focus on stretching adds to my control.

I looked at the picture of the stretcher again and I don`t see piercings. The device is clamped below the head of the penis with a plate and nuts screwed onto a u-bolt.

It is a no-no. It will cut off circulation. Really A-unit, do a search for ‘homemade stretcher*’ and you’ll find some good hint.

He used it for 4months and got decent gains and a healthy dick. It sounds like he just uses it for a short amount of time in the bath so not really enough time to cause tissue death I’d assume.
