Hey guys, just wondering if there is a decent and somewhat cheap extender that I might look into getting. I have looked at the AutoXleeve and it seems pretty good for only $50 at the basic package. I was just wondering if anyone else has had good results with cheapish extenders?

I have seen that one discussed in the past. Try using the search function. The only problem with rubber and silicone parts it that they wear and tear, seriously, and you have to buy replacements, or find substitutions. Also with bungee type extenders, how do you know what tension your applying, and consider that the tension depends on the position of your leg.

And yes it should work because, simply, if you pull only using your hands then it will/should grow. No guarantees thou, there are so many factors.

Well I think I have figure out my LOT. Which is straight up or out. Stretching straight upwards is were the most pull back happens though. I also have thought about doing a clinical trial but 200-300 is just too expensive and I would like something to wear for long periods of time. I will continue doing manual stretches but it just seems that my hands get tired/ start to hurt after while so I figure if I could get a decent extender for a cheap price things would move along at a bit of a faster pace.

Lot theory has been largely debunked, best to forget about it or treat it as a quaint quirk of PE past.

Look at TNTJockey’s routine. He clamped and had great length gains. Clamps are cheaper than an extender and it works.

I do have clamps but it seems a bit difficult to get the right routine. I searched for TNTJockey but I can’t seems to find what you are talking about. Is there anyway I could get a link?

What has worked for him not necessarily will work for everybody; Tnt’ routine is very advanced and dangerous anyway, so dont think to try it if you don’t have at least 1 year consistent experience of PE. Don’t give to people (expecially to newbies) dangerous advices please. Tnt himself warned that his routine is dangerous.

I forget sometimes that you can hurt yourself learning to do this stuff. I have had a few injuries myself through out the years that forced me to take long breaks.
