I’ve tried using penis pumps, but I kept on getting petechiae a.k.a red dots and it was freaking me out. I’ve tried using jes extender, but it kept breaking. I’ve tried hanging, but couldn’t find a good anti-turtling sleeve. Recently I’ve thought about giving the Phallosan Forte a try. It’s an extender I know, but it looks like it’s built better than others although it’s a good bit more expensive. Anyone know if the Phallosan Forte is worth it? Or if not anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here?

I used the phallosan forte for 15 months and gained 0.6-7 hours a day,6 days a week and nothing. I would say it was not worth all that money.

Stretching Time

For stretching results does the total amount of time matter most or how many hours your putting in every day? Like say for instance some day I can’t stretch or I’m not able to stretch for as many hours. Does this matter much or does the total amount of time matter the most? I’m using a phallosan forte.

Time per day would be my answer.

Here's why:
The more often you can do it the better. Not necessarily how long you can do it. Because as often as you’re not stretching it, it’s going back to normal, in a sense. You stretch, it stays there for a bit, when it starts to go back is when you would re-stretch it, optimally. Trying to keep the abnormal as the new normal.

That’s why I split and do 2 or 3 workouts a day. If I only did one, whether for 2 hours or 6 at once, that’s 22 or 18 hours for it to go back to normal. If I split or do multiples 2 hours at a time for a total of 6 hours, then there is only 6 hours in between each workout that it has to go back to normal, instead of 18 or 22. I know not everyone can do that split because of life in general, but if it’s possible, I think it’s best. It leaves the least amount of time in between workouts for it to shrink back. Maintaining the abnormal state and hopefully making it the new normal.

I should be able to get in two different workouts in a day I’d say. I’m also about to start using a bathmate which will help primarily with girth, but also a little bit in length. Hopefully these two things combined will be more effective and bring quicker results.

Generally they say the total time is what matters. What 114life said seems to make sense, but no one knows if it actually works like that. However its definitely less uncomfortable if you split it up to multiple workouts. The first hour is always the easiest to do.

I put in around 8 hours or more a day and have seen results.

Using Phallosan with no pants

With the phallosan when your wearing clothes and move around a little it can decrease the tension. So a lot of times when I’m alone I’ll wear it without pants, so I can keep an eye on the tension. Anyone else do this? Also is there anything wrong with it? The reason I ask is because your obviously gonna be at least a little colder without pants. Would this effect gains at all?

I walk around in my pump tube without pants all the time. I’m also alone in the house, otherwise I wouldn’t. I also don’t stay away from the heat pad very long, but it helps to pass the time if I can do laundry and what have you at the same time. I don’t think it would negatively effect gains at all. Contrarily, I think it may add to them, with the extra movement creating a more diverse stress and allowing for circulation at the base that otherwise wouldn’t be there if it was static in one spot. Maybe it does nothing, but that’s my take.

Phallosan Forte Overuse

I have a bath mate and I know when I’m overusing it and in danger of causing injury. Because of the red dots and things like that. However how would I know if I’m overusing the Phallosan Forte? I wanna make sure I don’t injure my penis.

The immediate indicators are petechia and blisters. The basic indicator for any PE activity is declining PI’s (ref LE’s link above). A tired/over worked/stressed dick needs rest.

Yes definitely knew petechia are a sign. In terms of blisters sometimes I masturbate a bit too hard and I don’t know if I’d call them blisters or minor scabs. Is this different than blisters caused by PE? Because they look more like a minor scrape caused externally than like an internal blister. Is this the same thing or different?
