Phallosan Plus, Forte or Penis Master Pro?

Hey, I would like to know which of these three extenders you guys would buy: Phallosan Plus, Phallosan Forte or Penis Master Pro, and the REASON why you would choose one over the others..

Some useful info:

I would like to sleep with the extender and possibly go outside my house with it underneath my pants.. I’m aiming to reach 10 hours daily with it);

I had a bad experience with cheap extenders.. Currently, I’m only using a Zen Hanger Vaccum penis Pump and lifting Zen Hanger weights.. Considering it, now a dumb question: I would still need to use Vaccum Penis Pump, even though the extenders are vacuum, right? (I do 2x 15min Pump daily )

How long have you been practicing PE?

Do not do PE while sleeping. Sleeping is for rest and recovery, plus, it’s extremely dangerous to put your penis under stress while not conscious, so don’t do it.

What are your current goals?

Traditionally these are two completely different utilizations of vacuum. One is predominately as a method for attachment, that being when used on the glands for anchoring during hanging or extending, utilizing a small chamber that is just around the glands. The other type of chamber encompasses the entire shaft, it is a method of PE known as pumping, which targets both girth and length depending on how you approach it.

The PMP is a great system, but you need to acclimate the glands to vacuum or you will develop blisters as you try to increase time and load. Personally I have found better luck with strap style extending systems.

Sleeping with any PE device is extremely dangerous and is not recommended.

I use the PMP and like it. I don’t recommend sleeping with it (or any other extender) though.

Also, I use castor oil as the lubricant, as opposed to PMP’s overpriced lotion. Works like a charm.

This is simply not true. The Phallosan Forte is DESIGNED to be slept in. I have slept with it on countless occasions. However, problems of slippage do occur sometimes and the device must be reapplied when that happens. You do also get some swelling (lymphatic fluid buildup), but that is normal due to the pressure inside the Phallosan Forte’s cap after you pump it and dissipates after you remove the device. Sometimes I would also pump with a Bathmate before applying the PF and that helps lock your dick in there and helps prevent slippage but also causes swelling (lymphatic fluid buildup). The PeniMaster Pro manual states, “Although regular breaks at the latest every three hours are advantageous for training from a physiological point of view, you can use the PeniMaster Pro for extended periods of time as well, for example while you are sleeping. Please familiarize with the way the device is handled and with the pulling forces suitable for your individual case before. You should also test the planned period of application during your sleep using the desired pulling for several times during the day.” I recently tested out using the PeniMaster Pro while sleeping, and was able to take a long hour and a half nap lying on my back in bed while wearing the PMP with the rod extenders in the upward position with no ill effects. I was going to try to make it to 2 hours, but actually had to take it off after an hour and a half due to the fact that I got a raging hard boner and it made me extremely horny and I had to satisfy my urges with my Fleshlight Ice Lady. I also noticed when fucking my Fleshlight Ice Lady that I am getting longer after using the PMP (there are rings around the vagina so it’s a good way to gauge and measure your progress actually), and I have only been using it occasionally and not as long as I’m supposed to. I’m going to have to up my frequency of usage and duration!

I think the PMP knee belt variant may be a better option for sleeping though. I haven’t tried that yet.

Nothing you’ve posted has changed my opinion on the dangers of trying to PE while sleeping, but it’s your dick so you can do whatever you want with it. But you only have one dick.

Yes, my awake time is that valuable. I have put hundreds of hours in with the Phallosan Forte sleeping with no ill effects. Like I said, it’s designed to be slept in. However, I no longer have that device. With regards to the Penimaster Pro, I see your point and I don’t think it’s safe to sleep in for extended periods of time, regardless what the manual says, and it was not designed to be slept in, and it’s apples to oranges because it’s a rod vs. Non-rod extender, but I see no difference between lying on my back for an hour or two with it on and say laying in a recliner. I appreciate your guys’ concern nevertheless.

I’m also interested in this as I had to buy a bottle of replacement lube from Germany and it was way too expensive! Can you send us a link to exactly what you use? I found some on eBay but am curious what kind exactly you use. Thanks.

Even though I’m knew to using the Penimaster regularly, about 2-3 weeks, below is a link to the Castor oil I bought. It works just as well as what comes with the kit and perhaps even slightly better. The viscocity is really dense and sticky and won’t dissipate.
