You’ll never get to the last line (the 1500gr mark), check for yourself, compress the extender using just your hands and you’ll see.
To stay inside the 900 and 1200gr marks:
-make sure your extender’s size is fit for your dick, I.e. If your dick is 18cm long BPFSL, sustract your head (I.e. 2cm + 1cm more) = 15cm is the place on the shaft where the noose must rest, then you should set your extender just a little bit over 16cm (when compressed it should match closely 15cm, because it compress for 1 cm)
-make sure your noose is not loose on the down side of the sledge (you should have two slots or places to fold the silicone noose below the head piece), tighten it using velcro or some adhesive tape so it stays in place and won’t slip. Use talcum if needed.
-the noose should be about 1cm behind your glans, on the shaft, your head should be placed well in front of the sledge when compressed, your coronal ridge almost over the two holes where the noose goes through, that way the noose is almost perpendicular to your penis when pulled and secured in place.
-doing so, the pull forces should feel on your shaft mostly and not just in your head, and should NOT be making the “hangman” on your penis, like trying to pull your head off. Then adjust the screws to add just a little more tension if needed. That should put you on at least over 900gr line.
I’ve been using it for over 1 year, and went from 17cm BPFSL to 19.6cm, and 16cm BPEL to 18.3cm. It works, but its slow as hell, so be patient.
