Questions about Autoextender VacExtender 4.x

Questions about Autoextender VacExtender 4.x

I have a VacExtender 4.x from Autoextender. I really like it but had a couple problems and questions. The shortest elongation bar I can find on the Autoextender website is 2.5 cm. I find this distance too far to stretch to get to the next level because the compression spring maybe only compresses 1.25 cm so I have to really pull to get that extra 1.25 cm to reach the 2.5 cm total to jump to the added elongation bar. Does anyone know where I can buy a 1.25 cm elongation bar that will work with the other rods on the Autoextender? Also the springs seem a little weak. Like at the further end of spring elongation I kind of have to pull the vacuum cup out to get the spring to fully elongate. Are there stronger springs anyone would recommend that work with VacExtender 4.x. Lastly I wear my Autoextender at work only (work from home). Is 40 hours a week of wear time enough? Thanks for your time.

Have you tried taking a section to a hardware store to match the thread diameter and pitch and see if they have a threaded coupling and all-thread in the same size that could work?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’m interested in this as well. I recently started using the VacExtender also and had the same thought. I think the idea is to use the extension screws at the bottom and work your way up to a new rod’s length. But I know I can barely get it put on at my current setup, then during the course of a session, I extend the screws almost all the way.

For rods you have 4 choices:
1) buy from the vendor
2) buy from someone who is selling some rods (unlikely to find)
3) buy a used extender just for the rods. Most extenders use the same type and size rods.
4) go to the hardware store and cobble one together from all-thread and couplings

Springs: I recall that another member may have sourced stronger compression springs from McMaster-Carr, but you need to know size and load. You can measure your existing spring for diameter, uncompressed length and compressed length, but I am unsure how to determine the load.

Extenders produce gains from time under tension. My recollection is the vendors discuss seeing gains in 1000hr time frames and I think other members have supported this. When I used an extender I was targeting 4hrs/day which seemed a lot to me. Some guys can get more than that, others less. 1000 hrs can easily take a year to achieve. If you can maintain 40hrs/week you could get there in 6 months. You also need to include some rest days into your routine.

I use my old andropenis rods for my new Vacextender. They are shorter than Vacextender rods.
