Recommended penis extender

Hey guys just started doing PE a few days ago and I’m thinking about buying an extender in the future. I’m worried about fitment issues with my flaccid girth size inside the extender, in my case I’m worried about it sliding out. Can anyone recommend me a good extender that will work with my flaccid girth size? Btw my flaccid girth size is 3.7inches

I suppose you want a vacuum based extender. The manifacturers have caps of different sizes I suppose, that should be told on their websites; check the autoxtender.com for example, or the proextender (I think, not sure about the name).

Check out monkeybars site, autoextender.com. He is also a member here and he does mention Thunderss Place.
