Test The Limits Or Stay The Course
I have change my routine over the past several weeks. Using advice from Titleist, Don Logan, and other forum comments and have experienced good PI in the process. My question is when should or better yet, should I crank up the tension if my PI and EQ are in good shape. Last year I believe my sessions where way to long. I had poor PI and EQ as a result. So I backed off about 6 weeks ago. My PI and EQ have returned but my hope is that I can move ahead trying to get more impressive gains in the year ahead.
I currently am manually stretching more and using my extender in (2) 30-40 minute sessions a day. Taking one day a week off. I use heat before, during extender and after.
Should I push until PI and EQ diminish or should I stay the course and resist increasing the extender length?
