There are posts on extenders elsewhere, but maybe this is useful.
I’ve seen the studies with extenders and in the beginning I was afraid I wouldn’t gain because I couldn’t manage to use the device for the required 4h, 8h or 12h a day. I managed to get 4h-5h a day on some weeks, but for the last two months I’ve been using it only 1h-2h a day, with rest days, and I’m gaining. My extender is cheap and I can’t control the tension properly. It is probably a high tension. In the studies they must have used low tension.
I’ve started with an extender only a few weeks after starting PE. Most of my gains started to appear after 2 months, which is around when I dropped to 1h-2h a day. I don’t know if my gains are still newbie gains or if they are a result of the shorter daily sessions.
Anyway, I’m sticking with this lighter routine and I think it is an option. EQ is a great, as always. I wish I could gain faster because this whole dick size thing made me quickly enter in what TG called a ‘dark phase’ or something like that. I can’t see myself coming out of that anytime soon. But that is off topic.
