Vacuum device and urethral stricture

I got my phallosan forte 2 weeks ago, I really like the device it’s very comfortable. Been using the jes extender before, gained more than half an inch with the jes extender. But it makes my penis head turn blue/white every 15 minutes so wear time is kinda limited.
However I was born with an urethral stricture, but as an adult I’ve barely had any trouble.

I’m a bit scared that I will get problems from it from the vacuum and compression of the penis in the condom, but I want to wear it because I’m tired of the jes extender and have invested a lot of money and want to be able to extend for hrs a day without the hassle of the jes extender. So it’s a bit of a dilemma.

So my questions is to others on this board who has/had an urethral stricture (narrow urethra) who use vacuum devices or especially the phallosan forte.

1/ Has wearing a vacuum device in any way worsen the problem, like a weaker stream of urine etc? Or any other side effects related to the urethra itself?

2/ Has it not had any impact, good or bad? Or has the problem gotten better from wearing a vacuum device?

Not sure if I have urethral stricture. However, I do know that when I pee into a toilet it does not sound as loud or as strong as most other guys I have heard peeing. In any case, I have used a VacExtender mod on my X4 for about three years and my pee still comes out as strong/weak as it always has.

For me too, I’ve never had a blocked urethra just a weaker stream than normal (except from infancy)

Does your penis head go a little puffy/swollen after using the vacuum device? I don’t get any bruising or burst blood vessels but me penis head remains larger than normal hrs after taking the device off.

Yes, my head remains slightly engorged after removing the glans cap. I did develope a blister on about two occasions over three years. However, none since I limited time in the extender to 1.5 hours and limited tension to under 900 gr. I do occasionally get minor bruising (discolored spots) that lasts a few days. I am also now more careful to be sure all the air is vented.

I just heard about Urethral stricture and I scared the crap out of myself.

Applying Anti Fluid Tape over the glans might help with using a vacuum attachment. It helps prevent blisters but might also protect your urethra from the vacuum.

Yeah, that’s the way to go. I am also increase the protection of the head using a 3M coban tape and a silicone fingerstall.

One thing that happens to me is that just after removing the vac system I have to sit down in the toilet (feel like a woman) or I pee all over the bathroom. Very weird.
