Vacuum vs noose

Vacuum vs noose

Hello everyone!

I am planning to buy penimaster ADS later this year and I am wondering what are the differences/advantages between classic noose grip and vacuum grip.

Does vacuum have any real advantages? Does it provide better results? It is worth extra 100$ over the noose grip version?

There are a lot of informations and tips for ADS here, but sadly I didn’t found thread that has covered this question/comparison. So I am very sorry, if I am making duplicit thread that has been here for many times.

The noose grips around your glans crown and can be from slightly uncomfortable after 30 minutes, to a real painfun discouraging experience, for something you may want to wear 10 hours a day.
The breaking of the continuity in tension can lead to less than optimal result.
It can also create bruises in your skin, cut bloodflow if you tighten it too much, or slip if you dont tighten enough so it tends to be tricky, annoying.

Vacuum penimaster is more comfortable and in general, easier to wear for 10-12 hours a day.
However the vacuum can cause a small range of injuries in the skin too, like blisters or bruises.

Both together can create some sinergy, if you as example recover from a blister by wearing the noose for a week. then back to penimaster when you are recovered.

However this solution doesnt save those 100 dollar. In my opinion 100 dollar is nothing when talking of improving the experience of something you wear 6-12 hours a day for months

Also check out the vac-ectender. It’s a cheaper option and the PMP always seemed to pull weird to me, might just be my anatomy.

Thank you for the tip, I will check it out. I choosed penimaster just because of the good reviews.

Thank you! Seems like vacuum is much better than noose grip, well that solved my decision making.

And yes, you are perfectly right. I do not mind spent extra 100$ for all these advantages.

I might add here that a large blister can be a pretty big set back and depending, it may take many weeks to fully heal. My first blister using the PMP took me less time to heal, several weeks. The second one took much longer.

The noose or strap can negatively impact the healing cycle due to restricting circulation. I actually have a longer standing discoloration after the second blister as I strapped back in too early, it significantly prolonged my healing and also ultimately left discoloration. I do believe the discoloration is beginning to fade and discoloration is not something I personally care too much about, others understandably do.

You can read through and see some of my mistakes. Even more so with returning too aggressively after my second blister.

I tend to extend with higher tension and when tension is maxed on a vacuum style I believe the likelihood for developing a blister becomes greater.

Definitely start with lower tensions and shorter in cycles when beginning with a vacuum style attachment, making sure to acclimate.

Great informations, thank you for your tips LittleEngine! I will definitely take a look to your comments because there is still a lot of to read about ads/extenders before I will start using it.

I use a VacExtender mod kit on my X4 and agree with most of what LittleEngine already advised. I especially agree that by trying to increase tension too much you definitely increase the risk of blisters. When I kept the tension below 600 gr. I never got a blister, though some bruise did occur.

I am not familiar with the Pinimaster vac cap; however, with the VacExtender, it is important that there are no air pockets under the cap so you need to carefully “vent” the air out before adding tension.

Ok my answer….
I tried to use those noose ads/extenders but the noose attachment was to much pain wise for my shaft.
Then i tried vacuum. It was much better, i even did some ANS sessions and i felt they were helping. ADS straight down to my knee or around my waist.
One thing is i couldnt combine it with either pumping or Vac hanging, it was too much for my glans. Bruises.
What i would do is (Like i said it was My Way, not telling you to do so) : Bib hanging (even 1 session of no time) , then ads as much as i can, Bib hang anytime i can and Ans if i can and repeat. Btw Ans pointing upwards to maintain nocturnal erection.

I also have a Vac cap extender attached to JES, and i´d say more… below 900 grams, blister only happened if you fluctuate tension with peaks exceeding that by a good bit.
As example, keeping it at 900-1200 grams, I wont have a blister ever, but if i had a pump session at 7 hg, no blister showed up, but later go into the vacextender at 900grams, will end with blisters after some hours.

Autocorrection: today 2 huge blisters appeared out of nowhere, for no clear reason… i did nothing i had not done before with higher tension and more hours….

:(

As someone who only uses the noose, go for the vacuum.

Nooses are finicky devices and definitely aren’t ADS friendly. If/when I invest in another commercial device, it will absolutely be vacuum style.
