Wake up the Dragon or WUTD

From all the bibliographical stuff I’ve encountered both in NIH ans well as in some threads on this very forum, which linked to several serious publications & research, I’ve come to a conclusion. For several reasons I will not link those in this first part, however I might bring them up later on.
To spike the cellular growth under tension, according to bibliography, the stretch on the experiments done were between 1% and 10% stretch. both of those excercises yielded good things but with slight differences. As the 10% stretch made it elongate more, it also caused more inflamation. While at 5% was found the optimal for getting lenght at a smaller pace but liberating chemicals needed to lower inflammation.
Hence, combining the 5% pull with 10% pull would yield growth at a nice rate with lesser inflammation. These intensity pulls make the body liberate certain hormones needed to cell reproduction hence accomodating the affected body part to grow whatever needed to mitigate traction force applied. But here’s the catch: in all experiments to achieve growth, those forces had to be applied literally 24/7. So I was trying to find a way to accomplish those 24 hour stretches needed (and at least for a full week… oooofffff)
So here is how I approached, reaching almost that amount of time under some kind of pull.

During daytime, I was on a situation where I could actually use the extender (under pants) as I pleased, so that was kinda easy. It became tough the first and second day, but I managed it by changing the strain levels often. I would do 15 minutes at max tension then the next 45 minutes at mid tension (regulated by screwing^unscrewing the rods in my cheapo extender) sometimes doing a soft clamp or edging aided by clamp or cockring for 5 to 30 minutes depending on how irritated the skin became, and if it got too irritated by the silicone tube then I just lower tension but kept it going. Between sesions if to exhausted after ads, I would have an erection then start manual stretching, and a little manual girth excercise, but very strong pulls, think around 5 to 10 kilos of force, for sequences of 30 seconds, change hand, then 30 seconds and so on for 3 to 5 minutes, as long as I could since it really made my hand tired due to the traction force&slipping issues

Then came the night.

SleeveAtNight (SAN):

I was not going to be checking on my willy in mid sleep 1nce every 20 minutes so I figured out that one penis extension sheath I used, was actually of good inner girth to hold up my dick while flaccid, while having enough elasticity to permit night boners and not constrain circulation, while its walls were thick enough to hold up. It kinda created vacuum inside, when I inserted my dick into it at full erection, then as it became flaccid, and it would keep my dick at lil less than EL which was good enough. I’m sure one of you geniouses in the forum can find a better way to hold it at better than erection length. I did it this way.
So at night time I would add 7 more hours to the routine without any effort. I mean, it’s not exactly a 1% lig stretch, but it seemed to do the trick.

Ok. I didn’t reach the 24 hours per day combining everything. But I went around 20 hours doing something to my dick.
However I did gain a noticeable 2 to 3 millimeters on that week only, and in the next 10 days I gained some more than usual while only achieving 6 to 8 hours daily no rest days, ever.
Then it seemed to return back to normal in terms of gains per month.

Things to bear in mind: SAN technique can cause your dick’s skin mild irritation, because of the tension applied directly on the skin, maybe wrapping the top+glans could work, didn’t try that. Too tight or too rigid might be a problem for night erections or circulation in general (That’s a NoGo).

So if you don’t know what to do on your vacations, I already saved you lotsa cash here. Thank me later. hahaha
Making 140 hours of PE in a week it’s quite an epic journey. Although some can prolly make up to 168 hours in a week. I wish I had another week to do so. Will wait it like a surfer waits THE WAVE.
