I am looking for an ADS/extender (not sure if there is a difference). I am going to begin hanging with the bib starter for the new year and from my research it sounds like supplementing with an ADS/extender would help increase gains. I have a lot of time to hang (I work from home), so I am really trying to maximize here.

Get the Penimaster Pro extender its much better than a strap or noose extender. Maybe use it for 6 months maybe you won’t have to hang.
