What extender should I get?

I don’t understand how you can use the velcro mod. Each time I try to put it on it slips. Do you have to use some powder between the velcro and the gauze?

I put the powder on my penis first. Then the cloth. Next a silicone comfort sleeve and finally the velcro strap. You have to put the velcro strap on pretty tight. In the past if I tensioned pretty hard the silicone sleeve sometimes would move a bit forward and cause issues. Since I make sure the cloth bandage was a 1/4” in front of the silicone sleeve and the velcro I have had no slippage.

I have bought quite a few items through aliexpress which is the retail arm of alibaba have have had generally good results. Aliexpress is a sort of chinese eBay where you buy off different sellers. Aliexpress keep your funds in escrow until you notify them that the item has arrived. Items are sent by registered post so there is a record of you receiving them. Packaging is pretty basic but functional and is plain so no embarrasments.

A good thing about aliexpress is that most purchases are post free.

Good stuff , was looking at an Extender yesterday , but the instructions were in Chinese . Is there an English version of the instructions also ?

The cheap proextender I bought can with basic english instructions. However these spring based extenders essentially all work the same and web searches will find you a number of manuals you can use.

Hi austfraid. I know you might have been asked this several times already but do you use the extender outside often? If so, upward downward?

I rarely wear an extender outside since I started applying warnth but did so Tuesday towards the end of a as I am keen to get more hours in. Got a curious look from a shop assistant so may have been busted. But at my age what the heck. If I was at work I would not wear one. Apart from being caught the feel would be a distraction from work.

I normally wear it up or straight out while sitting down.

I bought one of eBay for 20 dollars as opposed to the same device sold on its website for 200 dollars. It is a noose type and while we may be talking honda vs a mercedez, either way its gonna get me to where I’m going.

I bought an extender over a year ago and used it a little. Tried to use it the other day and found the base of my penis has grown a lot. When erect the base is over 6.5” and my extender no longer fits. Does anyone know of an extender with a larger base. I used to use it after I pumped but now if I pump it’s to small to fit down the shaft let alone the base.

Hey everyone, bumping this thread because I have a similar question of my own.

Got a knockoff copy of the Pro Extender from Amazon, but I don’t like the spring based system at all, it’s way too hard to build enough pressure with the limited ways to put it together. Now I want to get a new one and the Miracle Slider Extender was recommended and looks promising. However after I have reached my BPEL goal of 18-19 cm (so in half a year to a year at the latest if everything goes as planned) I want to start stretching my foreskin, which is why another option would be to use a self-build Phallosan since if I understand it correctly I can reuse the parts for foreskin stretching. My options are kind of limited, I live in Germany and few products are available here. What would you guys do and choose?

I bought the german quality extender PenimasterPro with a vacuum cup. The system is quite expensive but I experience quite high quality in the details. The system has three sizes of the silicon parts used to fit the glance into the cup. green - small, yellow - medium and blue - large. It is very important to use the right silicon parts that fits the size of your glance. AND the silicon parts have a life time of 10 days. After that they are stretched and don’t fit your glance anymore which results in poor grip of the glance and pain full session. Spare silicon parts can be bought from the manufacture of the extender.

The product comes with a belt that I use during work hours. I work at an office and sit most of the day, I reattach the cup every hour at which I do some Firegoatrolls to ease up on my glance.

In total I stretch the penis moderately ( less is more ) around 8 hours a day. If I am up to it I extend the time at evenings using the spring extender ( with cup ). 1 - 2 hours with more force adding to the total time up to 10 hours. This is done with no serious problem. It works really well. In addition I do some jelqing and kegels each day.

Being able to wear the stretching belt during work hours is really neat I must say.

I read that some have had problems with vacuum cups but I do think it is the best I have tried. I have tried nose grip before and I hated it as it hurts. The vacuum cup, if handed right, does not hurt at all.
