Which side is up on penis extender base?

I am trying a penis extender, but I cannot figure out which side of the base is up and down.

Imagine fusing the top half of the letter “O” with the bottom half of the letter “V”. In other words one side is kind of pointed like the bottom of the “V”.

Which side goes up towards my head and which side goes down towards my toes? (I hope the question makes sense.)

The ones I’m familiar with are symmetrical. Try it both ways and then decide which way fits best.

I use an ADS with a base like yours. I experimented to see which way feels best, & decided that the V should be down, on the bottom. I position a 1.5” square of 1/8” thick soft silicone between the V of the base & my balls to pad it a bit.

Thanks, I am going to try that. My instructions said to put the “narrow end up” or something which I interpreted to mean “V end up”, but most of the pictures I have seen seem to have the “O end up” and the other end is not visible.

Thanks, yeah that sounds reasonable. These things are a real struggle to figure out. I think I am slowly learning a way that works for me.
