Which sorts of ADS are out there to be used with tighter trousers?

Forget the absilicone ads, I have bought it and my experience was very bad.

The device is not enough long. It can easily slip and it gives blisters after few hours…

I use a soft leather harness that is very comfortable and pliable. I can wear it up to about 1 hour 40 minutes with heavy stress. I have not tried to wear it for longer periods of time since I don’t really see the need to wear it when I am not using it, but I imagine it would be fine. The nice thing about it is it is comfortable and strong, comes off and adjusts easy. If you like I can show you what it looks like, just let me know.

or I guess you cou;d try the Divosuit. I just ordered a few.

I ordered the ESL40 and have been wearing it for 5 days now. I can do 3-4 hours no problem. I’m not crazy about the leg strap and it’s not exactly stealth. Looks like you have a hard dildo in your pants next to your leg.

I wrapped an ace around the clip on the cup and tied it around my waist for an over the leg stretch. Much more stealth that way. The thing stays on very well and is very comfortable. After 4 hours the head gets a little sore but not bad. Very wearable. Very happy and glad I did it. The leg strap kit was 32 bucks but if I had to do it over again I would have just bought a couple of cups. They are 20 bucks.

Just got the Absilicone ADS silicone (suction unit) recently.

If you wear this with an elastic belt around your back, (penis up left or right), it is undiscoverable.
Problem is blistering at the tip because of the vacuum suction, that can be partially prevented by taping the head first.

I also tried the Absilicone ADS and always got irritation at the tip of my penis. I guess you could put tape but it would be a nuisance for me to have to take off and put on fresh tape every time I needed to go to the restroom. Still looking for an ADS that is very quick to take on/off, stealth under pants, and can be worn comfortably for the whole day without loss of circulation while still giving an effective stretch.

I have seen the ESL40, but have not tried it. Are you still wearing it? Any bad irritation?

There is a trade-off with all the different methods.

With the absilicone, you don’t have any restriction of blood flow anywhere, everything keeps fine and warm.
You only have 3 parts to care about: the silicone suction device, an elastic extender belt (my own built / adapted from other source) and some silicone tape.

The taping is absolutely required: tape the tip, otherwise you get blisters, especially if you stretch with a bit more force over several hours.
It is worthwhile to diminish the gluing force of the tape by pressing and removing it a few times on your arm, and only after that apply it to the tip;
This makes removing it much easier. Also, removing has to be done very carefully - that is the only nuisance now in this procedure.

To be seen if ADS’ing really helps.

Btw, don’t fall for the Divosuit. This won’t work, especially if you work sitting.

The type of tape you use is silicone tape?

Stealth Innerwear is not a PE device, it is a cosmetic product to increase bulge. It has been exhaustively discussed on its topic on the products forum.

If I could wear my extender at work for 6 hours a day every day for a year, then I would have gained 2 inches by now. We need a better design. One where two bars don’t sit on the side of the penis. It would be better if there was one rod one the under or top side, preferably users choice. With a ball joint at the base so you can wear it at whatever angle. I’m not a fan of using bungee cords because of the inconsistent traction. We need a solid concealable extender.

Did you ever get to try out the divosuit?
