Last night i was doing my routine of pumping followed by light hanging *(3lbs) while watching Zombie movies at the house with my GF *(she is super supportive).

I performed my normal pumping and got very good expansion and then put a thin wrap of elastic band and attached my AFB hanger *(2 wooden sticks with 550cord) and went to attach the weight and couldn’t find the snap clip to attach the weights to the hanger so i used a few wraps of electrical tape to secure the weight to the 550cord. Anyway, for 15mins or so everything was going great as we sat and watched the Zombies. I was sitting on the edge of the couch letting the weights dangle, and a very intense scene came on and we both leaned forward.

At that moment, the damn tape let go and the weight fell and hit the hardwood floor with a loud bang. We both squealed like little girls.

Reattached weights and finished my sets.

Hanging + zombie movies + insufficient electrical tape = one of the funniest things to happen to me in a long time.

All joking aside. Try it. Something about the constant expansion from the pump along with the trapped in body heat really really loosens things up and allows for getting a really good stretch.

Sometimes i pump in the shower *(its not a bathmate) and i will fill the tube ~1/2 way with as warm/hot water i can stand then pump up and let sit while i bathe, occasionally bleeding down pressure and pumping back up. Then immediately after exiting shower i will put on the hanger. I can feel the stretch with a lighter weight *(about 6-7lbs instead of 10+lbs).

But, to each their own. This works for me.

Right. You want the least amount of blood in your penis while hanging, otherwise you are not only risking an injury but also doing something pretty ineffective.

I beg to differ. The penis is warmed up and pliable after pumping and the chance of injury is very low.

And also why would it be “pretty ineffective”? The ligs/tunica/etc are warmed up and in a stretched state and the hanging will further add to this ESPECIALLY with the addition of a heat lamp.

That statement is very closed minded. This will really help especially with “hard gainers”.

Try it before you trash can the idea.

LOL. I doubt i am the first nor will i be the last. I am simply stating what works FOR ME.

Every person on here is different and they respond to different stimuli.

But varied exercise is the basis of all stretching and fitness *(that is what we are doing) and like Yoga there are different poses and methods.

A freshly pumped unit is hot and pliable and in its stretched state a LIGHT hanging session can be very beneficial.

N00bs always crack me up. If you had bothered to do a search you would have found many threads warning about the dangers of hanging whilst watching zombie movies. :rolleyes:

A freshly pumped unit is not hot; actually, pumping tend to decrease the local temperature because the blood is partially trapped. Don’t know either what you want to mean with ‘more pliable’; if you hang, you want to stretch lengthwise. The more blood there is in the penis the harder will be stretching it lenghtwise.

Yoga and fitness have nothing to do with PE, so I don’t understand the point of your analogy.

*whew* I thought you were going to say the AFB almost cut off the head of your dick or something. This happened a couple of times during my original stealth hanging (weights falling, not cutting off the head of my dick, though when I think back it’s almost amazing I didn’t :-0). My wife would call from the other room “what’s that?” Oh nothing, of course.

I tried pumping with water in the bath once—this was 1996—and got the most horrific water blisters on my glans. That night I was so glad the lights were off when we fucked, because I was grimacing intensely from the pain. Never even thought about trying it again (pumping with water, not fucking).

Lol. I always try to be very careful with the pressure while pumping and luckily have never lost skin.

I mean pliable as in stretched in all directions. Already stretched and loose.

I don’t see the controversy here. When a pump is properly used it stretches girth and length.

Yoga is stretching. Be it a leg or a penis we are stretching ligaments and skin and fascia etc.

General fitness is just that. Varied exercises keep body parts from growing accustomed to the stress.

Otherwise we would all so the exact same thing and all get the exact same results.

I believe that all of what have from PE has comes from the pioneering efforts of those who have gone before us, and also the reasonable risks some take in trying new things.

If not we would all still be where we started, listening to doctors.

I can’t see anything wrong with the pump then hang function, as its all time under load.
