ACE Bandage 100% better than THERABAND

I’ve been hanging for about three weeks, and always though Theraband was kind of a pain to apply and keep on…but I was at Walmart today and bought an ace bandage and it is sooooooooo much better, softer, more comfortable and traction wrapping is a cinch.

If you take it, and cut it to about a 3rd of its normal length, its best.

I also have found you can fold in lengthwise and wrap it at the base and its one of the better clamping techniques you can use as well works great, and the best part its really soft!!

I’ve never tried anything besides Theraband. Anyone know why Theraband is considered superior by some hangers? I’ll give the Ace a try sometime myself… always did find the Theraband to be a pain in the ass.

I use the ace as my base wrap then use the Theraband over that. I tried the “self stick” ace and found it to be very uncomfortable to remove. What kind do you use? The self stick also seems to be stiffer too.

I have had some trouble with “twisting” within the hanger but found that with the Theraband and paying attention when I mount the hanger I can avoid this most of the time. I’m using the regular Bib hanger.

What hanger do you guys use?
