Again: BiB or VaC Hanging

So has anyone got gains form a vac then? Iv been getting great fatigue with only 3kg BTC but I’m not hearing great success story’s here! I have no time as it is at the moment because of a shift change last week and don’t want to be wasting my time!

Iv been reading through this older thread and it shows the vac does work!

Vacuum Hanging Progress

I’m gonna stick with it and See how I go.

Good luck but your more than likely getting great skin fatigue. Hope it works for you wish I didn’t waist a year of my PE career.

I doubt it because I can feel it in the ligs not my skin?

Do what you will do.

I’ve a Bib regular, Bib hardcore starter [also my fave], a tps redi-stretcher and a vac hanger 1.0 [first generation, very primitive].

I’ve only ever felt it in the skin with the vac— even when I jury-rigged it into a root-loop [around the waist phallo-san style] ADS I ended up with a ton of loose skin but no effective gains after 600+ hours wear.

TPS Redi-Stretcher is an excellent light duty tool— handling up to ~8kg with ease, but gets dicey over 20#

Bib can handle significant loads without a problem.

I’m probably being stupid but I don’t see how it’s stretching the skin when it’s gripping the head? Iv never felt a skin stretch?

This does put me off! I don’t want to get to a year and realise it’s done nothing.

If you think about a vac hanger. You put the head in the dome and then you roll a sleeve down your shaft to a certain point. Well at that point the head is taking some of the stress along with that sleeve that in rolled down on the skin. The sleeve can only grap skin no the internals like a clamp style hanger.

Trust me I thought it was the next best thing out there in the PE world. And I own everything. LOL

If it’s working your you great by all means stick to it.

It does make sense what your saying.

Maybe I will look into a bib I think. I never See many gains on here for vacs to be honest but there are loads for bibs!
Have you used the Xsleeves? I Really like them, even when sleeping so id still use them after hanging if I get a bib I think.

Ok iv been looking through threads for the past 2-3 hours and iv heard some good things about using the vac so I’m going to try it for 3 months more and see what happens then if nothing look into a bib.

I know uncut guys can use a bib but iv read allot of guys that are uncut (like myself) find the vac easier than the bib, of course everyones different. But I’m enjoying using the vac, iv had one blister because I never used the restriction sleeve or taped the glans so my own fault. As I said I’m paranoid about wasting time because I have no time but I need to stick to it to see if it works for me.

So the redi-stretcher is comfortable? It always looked too much like a vice-grip to me. The guy in the pictures on the front page looks like he is getting some nasty pinching, do you use any wrap with that?

I originally swore never to hang, thinking of it as very dangerous and harmful to my unit head. I have looked and done much research on varying types of hangers. Based on my reviews the Bib was the best for me to start on especially in light of my girth dimensions.

I have been hanging on and off for the last fours weeks and I can not complain. My unit seems to be pretty conditioned but I still make sure I wrap well and if any discomfort beyond normal surfaces I stop what I am doing and adjust things.

It is very comfortable and I have had not bruises, no fluid build up or any challenges thus far. We are all different and I have tried vacuum based products before but they can not accomodate my head size. I am thus very pro the Bib.

With the Bib I could never keep it on without slipping over my head. Does anyone have suggestions for wrapping techniques? Does it take a while to get it down? It has been very frustrating trying to keep this thing on .

I got the hardcore starter to do some fulcrum hanging— and I now suggest a starter for everyone; IMHO the regular Bib may be too big for anything other than SD hanging.

What does it mean for the hanger to be “too big”? I always used the regular Bib but am intrigued by the general consensus that the Starter is superior.
