All Day Stretch And Hanging
Been doing an 6-8 hour stretch just about every day for a couple months. When I first started the all day stretch showed results, it is definitely bigger flaccid, but fully erect I feel like I’m not getting much gain. After I do the all day stretch at work I will go home and hang some weight off of it for an hour or so, and after I’m done with that I get it hard and feel like I have the best results but it seems to go back to normal or back to where I feel like my gains are just stuck right now. I’m probably being impatient as I have seen little results. There’s no injury at all. Basically want to know any advice on all day stretching and weight hanging afterwards. Thanks guys!
