Alternating and combining bib- and vac-hanging
Hi guys,
I am currently developing a routine where vac-hanging and bib hanging are alternated with the purpose to increase the weight x hanging times product at a reduced risk of adverse effects.
And now, I just tried - for the first time to my knowledge - combined bib- and vac hanging and could take 25 pounds for a few minutes, by far my highest weight ever, without negative pe-indicators.
I am in a hurry right now, but just in case I am really the first to post this idea I wanted to assure the copyright.
