Yes, it is hard to explain this, but it is true. It has to do with the “noose effect” of a loose hanger, as opposed to firmly grasping the internal structures.

Well first, I NEVER “grinned and beared it”. I always tried to be relaxed and comfortable while hanging, even with a tremendous amount of weight. I never found adding more padding or wrap to help anything. In fact, it always made it worse.
You will probably find as your penis becomes stronger, you can naturally hang more weight. Also, as you become stronger, more weight is required to become fatigued. But don’t push it. Only go up as you need to.
