Any Major Differences Between Lg Hanger And AutoExtender Vac Hanger? g

Any Major Differences Between Lg Hanger And AutoExtender Vac Hanger? g

I wanna buy vac hanger and i am curious about these two mostly because price difference.

I have been looking at those products too and here are some of the differences I noticed.

1) LG Hanger vacuum chamber is pressurized using a hand pump. This lets you control the amount of vac pressure. Vac Hanger 3 is pressurized by a mouth pump. So it does not give the control of the vac pressure down to the specific amount of units. I worried that this would lead to over-pressurizing the chamber for the Vac Hanger 3 but I don’t know for sure. I am looking into if you can get a third party hand pump to use with V Hanger3 - it would depend if the V Hanger3 hose will mate with any third-party hand pump adapter.

2) Vac Hanger 3 uses a vacuum cone and optional sleeve, while LG hanger uses a sleeve without the vacuum cone idea. I recommend looking at the LG Hanger and Vac Hanger 3 tutorial videos on their respective websites. Then you can more closely see the difference. It’s hard to explain it in words but they are very different ways of attaching the vac cylinder to the penis. If you go to Vac Hanger 3’s instructional page and watch vac hanger 3 ring only video, vac hanger 3 ring with sleeve video (both) and vac hanger 3 sealing sleeve only video you will see the different ways. And then LG Hanger’s video, I forgot where it is, maybe in the forum. But it attaches similar to Vac Hanger 3’s sealing sleeve only video.

Those are the main differences I see but I probably missed a lot. It’s just from my own product research, I don’t own either product yet.

I wanted to append my original post in this thread, about the hand pump - I got a $30 brake bleeder hand pump from amazon, which is easy. The trick is getting a mating connector because the Vacuum Hanger 3 comes with a 1/16” ID hose (at least that’s what mine came with). And the third party hand pumps usually have 1/4” ID hoses, and sometimes adapters down to 1/8” ID but not really 1/16”.

Well I did manage to find the adapters, the one I got is called “Female Lock x 1/16” 1.6mm PP Hose Barb Adapter” by R S N Labs. Eldon James also makes 1/4” to 1/16” hose barb adapters but they were out of stock so I got the others.

I own both and prefer the Vac Hanger.

If you are uncut just go with VacHanger3. Cone makes the difference and its doesn’t fits with LG.

@PE Guy, Can you please post the pics of your mod. I was trying that while back and was looking for parts.

@PE Guy, Can you please post the pics of your mod. I was trying that while back and was looking for parts.

Here it is. The first picture is just the overall setup. On “top” of the picture you see the thinner 1/16” ID hose from my Vacuum Hanger 3. At the end of that is the 1/16” hose barb adapter with the female lock on the other end. Then it receives the ~1/8” tapered adapter from the O E M tools set. The two shorter 1/4” ID hoses going into the O E M tools hand pump could be set up differently, you could use a longer 1/4” ID hose (also provided).

If you could wait for the Eldon James 1/4” to 1/16” hose barb to be back in stock on Amazon, or find it somewhere else, that would be an even neater set-up. But the female lock to 1/16” hose barb I got from R S N labs is working well.

In the second picture, it shows you one separate female lock to 1/16” hose barb to the left, and a zoomed in view on the right of that picture of the black adapter that mates into the female lock attached to the 1/16” hose.

I hope that made sense, please let me know if there’s anything I can clarify further.

EDIT: Oh, I just realized. If you already have L G Hanger then you already have a hand pump. So you wouldn’t have the 1/4 to 1/8 adapter I got with my hand pump. So you’d need either a 1/4 to 1/8 to then go into your 1/8 to 1/16, or just a 1/4 to 1/16 if you can find it. Let me know if you need help searching them because I looked over a lot of them on Amazon so I know what’s there.

+1. Thanks a lot.
I do have the LG pump, so will get the other parts.

No, in my setup it is not the Eldon James part. My third party hand pump actually came with a 1/4 to 1/8” hose adapter. That is what you see in the picture. The Eldon James part is just one that will do the same thing. Help you bridge to the 1/16 adapter. The female end of the 1/16 adapter takes a 4mm male which is about 1/8”.

Sorry about that, you’re right it, is different. I didn’t think of that. Mine should be called something like a 1/4 to 1/8 tapered hose adapter but I can’t find it sold separately.

I just attached the RSN lab part, but it doesnt create tight seal. Need to find the right part.

I think it’s because you’re trying to use the outer portion of the female end as a male end. It does kind of look like it’s about 1/4” in outer diameter, but that part is not really made to be used as a male end.

That’s why you need to the male to male 1/4” to 1/8” or 6mm to 4mm. It bridges your 1/4” hand pump hose to the R S N labs connector. I’m a little worried about the 6mm mating perfectly with your 1/4” hose because 6mm is actually about 0.23”. I’m just guessing that it will work okay, because I had an adapter already for that connection. If the 6mm is a little loose in your 1/4” hand pump hose then a small zip tie might finish tightening it.

Also please make sure your hand pump hose is really 1/4” inner diameter. I have been assuming it is because that is pretty standard. But I don’t know maybe it runs a little big or a little small. If it runs a hair under 1/4” then the 6mm to 4mm will be perfect. If it runs a little over 1/4” you will have more trouble with the 6mm end.

I attached a diagram to try to make it clearer. It’s too bad that 1/4 to 1/16 Eldon James part is still out. That would make this so much easier!

Thanks, this was really helpful. It is possible to go with the RSN 25x luer lock connectors to get from 1/16” barb to 1/4” barb (expensive, packs of 25). Leluv sells 1/4” barb quick connect fittings on ebay if you are looking to add that option.

Thanks! I was able to get the R S N connectors in packs of 5 which helped. The ideal thing would be the Eldon James part, if that ever gets back in stock, going directly from 1/4” to 1/16”.
