Any reliable, tried and tested vacuum hangers?

The device can be used as a hanger or an extender, but you have to purchase the extender seperately. I already had an X4 extender, but they sell two brands of extenders if you want to go that route. You can also purchase the vac device with or without the extender part. If you want to use an extender, you will need to purchase the one that says ‘modified vac extender 4.2’, otherwise, get the ‘vac ADS 4.2’.

From the research I have done, most say to hang and hang only. Do not mix any other PE methods other than light jelquing between sets to restore blood flow.

Like mentioned, I am now only on day 11 of use, so I don’t know much about mixing other PE methods with hanging. I’m just going by what I have learned on the forum.

I’ve never used any of the monkeybar products, but the LG is obviously better because you can hook a hand pump up to it, instead of sucking on a hose to remove air and not knowing what hg you’re at.

The worst thing for me with vacuum hanging was that it was often painful on the tip of the glans and it made the skin on my glans very dry. It’s was more comfortable than compression hanging for me until around 15 lbs. I could’ve made it better by doing shorter sets and less total time per day (I was doing 2 sets a day, each at 1 hour 30 minutes and I was over 19 lbs for a while), but I went back to a Bib Hardcore instead.

I actually emailed monkeybar about purchasing a hose adapter to convert the supplied 1/16” hose to 1/4” so I could use my vacuum pump and his response was:

“As for removing air - it should be removed till there’s no air left. In all cases, your skin will stop further extraction once it touch the cylinder wall. Thats more than enough for our purpose.”

“As for tubing, the size is too big for converter. Also, we don’t recommend using vacuum pump, its too much for our purpose. Actually, its big problem in that many people over vacuum.”

Do you think a vacuum pump is better? Sucking by mouth, I assume you just suck as hard as you can (this is what I do) and you can only get to a certain vacuum pressure with no worries of too much pressure?

Okay, I get my second question now. The site has KR or jes extender+vac extender kits. Got it.

So, that just leaves “can you hang, extend, and use as an ADS all simultaneously with a jes+vac extender?” Maybe just 2 out of 3?

And is the vacextender 4.2 without a KR or jes extender just a modification that’s useless on it’s own, or an ADS, orrr.

Thanks, but the bib just hasn’t been working for me, and until I get something I can use, I’m stuck with crummy manual

Yes on question 1 as long as you get the modified kit and the upgraded option (like $30 more if I remember correctly) with the strap to use as an ADS.

If you purchase without getting an extender, you can hang or use as an ADS as long as you get the option that includes the strap.

Oh, When I say “hang, extend, and use as an ADS” I don’t mean the type your waist or leg. I mean Hang probably up to 20lb (eventually) while using an extender, which does.. Extender stuff, and just do those two pretty much indefinitely. The ADS bit is really just me asking if there’s too much blood flow restriction to use for hours at a time.

If you get the upgraded option that offers additional sleeves, it comes with the universal strap for ADS. I will never use it personally, but wanted the additional sleeves. But ya, you could use the extender as an ADS or maybe even one of the sleeves depending on how thick you are flaccid.

And if you plan to hang more than 10lbs, pick up some of the red sleeves as the kit only comes with the blue sleeves which will stretch too much with the heavier weight.

For an ADS, I picked up the Stealth Innerwear. Works great but a pain in the butt to get on. So that’s another option you may want to look into since you can wear it out in public vs the extender (too big and bulky with the Vac extender).

Sorry if I’m just not getting this. I’m SLOOOOOOOW. So, hanging 10+lb indefinitely (not in 20 minute sets) isn’t an option?

With a vac hanger you can hang as long as you like since it does not cut off blood flow to the glans. I started at 3 sets of 10 min each and am now up to 3 sets of 30 min each which is where I will probably stay and increase weight from here on out.

The majority of people I read getting blisters were hanging hours on end with no breaks, so I would rather be safe than sorry. If you experiment with light weights you should be fine. Just take it slow so your glands can adapt to the pressure and weights.

In regards to the sleeves, the blue sleeves will stretch with heavier weights, so you will have to step up to the red sleeves once you get up in weights. I read people having success with heavy weights and no sleeve slipping by doubling up blue sleeves or by wrapping the sleeve with a form of wrap/tape to strengthen it.

Cool. Coolcoolcool!

I own a Grip but don’t have a hand-pump, I have to suck my vacuum through the hose with my mouth, ghetto I know but I got up to 12 lbs pretty comfortably by wrapping the outside sheath and part of the hanger with electrical tape. Also how do you tape your glans. I don’t have an LG but I had a Max-vac and I know many of my limitations with that device were taken away when I learned how to properly attach the sheaths, how to properly tape and had a hand-pump to better monitor pressure. Its just that you’re one of the only ones with the LG hanger and I was waiting for a informed decision on them. Have you tried to reduce the amount of time that your sets run. Even though its a vacuum hanger 1.5 hour sets is a really long time for the penis to be stressed.

I actually had a monkeybar vac-hanger but it wasn’t impressive. You couldn’t add extra vacuum and that really is a handicap when it comes to hanging, especially weight past 8 lbs. I really wouldn’t recommend getting a vacuum ADS and trying to use it for a hanger when you could just buy a vacuum hanger and use it for hanging or ADSing and not have to worry about the weight problem.

Hey, Crf250r, how large are the small, medium, and large sealing sleeves on autoextender anyways? I can’t find any details on it

How does the grip system still work after 10 years? Don’t the parts wear out frequently? What kind of gains/results have you seen/achieved using the grip?
