anybody use a tilt-n-tug ?

I have been using this apparatus that was originally invented by a guy on the reddit forums, M9 that he calls the “TNT” ??

How does it work?

The way I am using it is sitting on a chair and pulling back so it tilts.

This is very similar to having a pulley system for under the desk. I just tilt it back and hook up. Only downside is you need to put on twice the amount of weight to get the resistance you want. 40 LB = 20 LB resistance
