Hey guys I’m thinking about buying the LG Hanger but I’m afraid of some risks and damage it could do to the penis. Like the OP I’m not sure what cup size to buy. My fear is if I buy a cone that is too small it will make my glans smaller?

And if the chamber is too thin it will my penis thinner? My penis is about average (5.5inch) but the main pro is I have a rather thick penis and a big “mushroom” head glans that I don’t wanna lose by using a vacuum hanger.

I also have a 30° upward curve that I’d like to straighten ( it’s a congenital curve not Peyronie’s) would the LG Hanger for example reduce my curvature?

I can’t speak for the LG, as this thread was inspired by the desire to not spend hundreds of dollars on something I wasn’t sure I’d like using.

I can’t imagine any way you’d lose glans size by selecting the wrong cap. The fact is that you want the penis to be snug inside the cap, or it will not grip properly and can cause blisters on the head.

LG customizes the cap based on your unique size, so I wouldn’t worry if you’re going that route…

In my case, a medium is recommended based on my girth, yet Kingscounty, who got his cap before I ordered, found the medium a bit loose. I ordered the small and have been quite happy.

I think the medium is for really girthy guys, and the large is probably for the true outliers in penis size.

You haven’t mentioned your own girth measurements, but I did find a sizing chart on one of the vac hanger seller’s sites. Just can’t remember which one, and they don’t take actual take actual size of glans into account if your head is truly larger than typical.

Can’t comment on fixing your curve, but a lot of guys PE for that exact same reason.

This is what I made for myself. I have my own method of measuring for fitment if you are interested. I don’t want to claim that my method is the correct way over what is recommended my the manufacturers of ones you can buy but it works very well and is comfortable.

That’s the thing I don’t wanna spend 400$ on the LG just to lower the erection angle of my penis ( as I said my erection angle points at 11 o’clock I’d like it to point perpendicular to my stomach at 9 o’clock ideally)

Thanks for clearing up about the risk of losing glans size have you used the LG Hanger? Have you noticed a reduced glans size or thinner penis? I was worried about the sleeve/chamber too if it’s too tight/thin could it make my penis thinner?

As for fixing the curve on my penis can any hanger ( LG, VacHanger3,BIB) reduce the curvature? Can it straighten a curved penis? I don’t have Peyronie’s my curve is congenital

I haven’t used the LG. I started this thread to figure out what size cup I needed. Like you, the price of an expensive hanger was unappealing, since I wasn’t sure I’d like using a vac as an ADS.

Now, I’m hanging with this $20 vac and loving it!

As for your penis getting thinner: I’d let go of that paranoia and go for it. I’ve read of guys losing EQ from pushing too hard - experienced it myself time, to time. But never heard of a shrinking dick from stretching.

Lots of guys report fixing curvature issues. Do more research.

Yeah it’s hard deciding what size cup to chose the small one might be too small hence it could make the glans smaller overtime because of the wrong cup size but buying one too big would cause slippage it’s a dilemna

Concerning my curvature I thought only penis extenders such as X4 Labs or Size Genetics could fix/reduce the curvature of the penis? Are there any guys who have fixed their curvature with a VacHanger?

I’ve got a JES extender at home do you think I should use it to fix my curvature and to lower my erection angle or should I switch to hanging and buy the LG?

I started with a medium with VH3 , moved up to large and now that doesn’t fit. It has been hitting my girth way harder than length. Don’t know why,

Just a quick bit of information regarding the quality of any China based product. Not only are the China based products cheaply made and tend to break but they are also a one size fit all chamber. Not to mention the extremely poor customer service. All Alibaba products are made out of country, this includes the Uvipe. Most extenders are included in this. Lately I’ve noticed the same Chinese based manufactured products repackaged and sold under various names as well. No two penis’s are the same and I always recommend a custom fit chamber made of quality material. Who wants to get into a routine only to have a malfunction and have to stop? If you’ve even been to Harbor Freight to buy any tools you’ll notice the price is great but the quality is really cheap. The store if filled with China based product. You get what you pay for.

I am looking at one of these Chinese kits on eBay, so this thread was helpful for me. I have noticed compression hanging mentioned but that’s yet another thing to research and I don’t see anything wrong with vacuum hanging! I am sure getting bored of a painful noose style hanger when hanging 2+ kilos. So much depends on the wrapping which can mean the difference between a 20+ minute session and a painful session where I struggle to make 10 minutes when the foreskin gets pinched! So vac hanging here I come!

Hi I having been hanging long but decided to add my view to this thread. Bought my hanger thru magicvac that comes from Ukraine and have not had any problems with it at all. I just now broke my sleeve but may have been fault not being more careful with it.

I’m going to order a large cup so I will order more sleeves at that time. I’m going to order a large cup to see if it will help to enlarge my head while hanging. My med one fits good and I fill it out completely and have had problems with blisters only once. I hang bare in my cup and have problems with my cum getting into the suction port and dries so it won’t let it hold suction the next time I use it, but if I rinse it out good after use it is okay.

I hang now with 4 #’s for 2 hrs a day with 20 mins of jelqing after each hang and are going to increase to 6# next week and stay on same time.

My final goal is BPEL of 8 1/2” MSEG of 6”
