After a recent bout with numbness, I have resumed hanging today. I have been hanging 5lbs. BTC in 20 min. sets. Numbness toward the end of the sets, which dissipates. So it would be of the acute variety.

The questions would be:

- It’s starting to get warm out. So I will obviously want to either have windows open or the AC on. Anyone run into any problems keeping the groin warm while trying to keep cool in warm weather?

- I said I have been hanging BTC. I haven’t fully exhausted this angle yet today. But by tomorrow or the next day I will probably have to change angles. I was a little aggressive with the weight before the break. I was using 10lbs SD.

After a 3 week break, I re-started with the above mentioned 5lbs. So, I would like to know if anyone has a formula for the fraction of SD/ BTC weight that should be used in either SO or OTS?

Also, I didn’t jelq BTB before. Now I am after each set. And, I think I will jelq after I am through hanging for the day too. Something I didn’t do before either.

So, for those that jelq after hanging, how long do you jelq (strokes or time period)? And at what erection level? Keep in mind that I am not pursuing girth at the moment. This would just be a restorative type jelqing session.

No, I always used a rice sock while hanging for the first half of my sets, the first half of each of the first half of my sets.

Most of the time, I could use more weight SO than any other angle. For OTS, about 2/3 of my BTC weight. But it varied over time, was never consistant. Just go by how you feel.

That is a good idea.

Between sets, I would do the BTB jelqing, pulling up fresh blood, while still wrapped, then push the blood past the wrap to the head.

At the end of the day, I would unwrap, and do perhaps 10-15 minutes of light jelqing to restore complete circulation. Then usually, I would re-wrap for upper shaft girth.

My current approximate ratios:

OTS:BTC = 2:3
BTC:SD = 2:3
SD:SO = 2:3

It’s all based on feel.


Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG
