Back in the game
After a recent bout with numbness, I have resumed hanging today. I have been hanging 5lbs. BTC in 20 min. sets. Numbness toward the end of the sets, which dissipates. So it would be of the acute variety.
The questions would be:
- It’s starting to get warm out. So I will obviously want to either have windows open or the AC on. Anyone run into any problems keeping the groin warm while trying to keep cool in warm weather?
- I said I have been hanging BTC. I haven’t fully exhausted this angle yet today. But by tomorrow or the next day I will probably have to change angles. I was a little aggressive with the weight before the break. I was using 10lbs SD.
After a 3 week break, I re-started with the above mentioned 5lbs. So, I would like to know if anyone has a formula for the fraction of SD/ BTC weight that should be used in either SO or OTS?
Also, I didn’t jelq BTB before. Now I am after each set. And, I think I will jelq after I am through hanging for the day too. Something I didn’t do before either.
So, for those that jelq after hanging, how long do you jelq (strokes or time period)? And at what erection level? Keep in mind that I am not pursuing girth at the moment. This would just be a restorative type jelqing session.
