Bib as ADS works on EL or FL?
BIB or anyone who can respond, I was thinking about using the bib to hang like 5 lbs like 3 or more hours a day with the 20 min. on and 10 min break routine . Even though I could do higher weights. Basically a semi-ADS type of deal which has already been discussed. This bring up the higher-intensity-fewer-hours versus lower-intensity-longer-hours issue. The latter acts like an ADS works best on flaccid length but I want to work on EL gains. Do you think it will work on erect length ? I am doubious if hanging more time will compensate for more weight-less time ? Since without intensity how can you break the next point in your ligs ?
The reason I want to use it like a semi-ADS is because it less complicates things and I can concentrate on other things.
Does hanging work with traction in the shaft like peni-stretcher devices in addition to working the ligs?
I ask this because I am thinking about to make a stretcher , and wonder if its redundant .
