Bib, put your thinking cap on...
You’ve laid the groundwork and forged the way with a solid approach to hanging with excellent results.
Your LOT theory is revolutionary and has helped many focus their efforts.
It’s time for the next evolution.
I’ve often seen you type that the only way to know for sure when it was time to move on to a new angle of attack in the divide and conquer strategy was to monitor gains, and if you haven’t gained for up to several months, move on. Pardon me, but that seems unacceptable :)
I’m sure many like me, in our haste to gain, greatly upped the weight when a plateau occured in an effort to get things moving again, and instead only succeeded in strengthening instead of lengthening our tissues. Really counter-productive. But then again, hanging for months without gains seems to be as well.
With some thought, I have faith in your ability to develop some type of testing procedure to identify the proper angle of attack to ensure we are always working smarter and in an area to maximally potentiate gains without unnecessary down time. Are you up to it? I sure hope so.
Any chance you can have this figured out and fine tuned by the time my 6 week break is up, say in 5.4 weeks? :)
