This has been disccused by manko, kyrpa and tutt in the past, there is no need to go to higher loads, there is no benefit, unless you want to move a car with your penis. But since everyone decided to follow the thermal pad + hang trend (without accurate readings + measurements), good luck doing 6-9 months decons while hanging 15kg at a time.

I am still gonna follow kyrpa/igigi threads that use ultrasound and moderate weights. Anyways good luck in your journey and so on

First off I am (not currently) a 10 hour a week, split set, BTC/SD, every day with no breaks or decons and ride the fatigue kind of guy. I might add some heat but it is not from a IFR pad. Old rice sock. Now that we have established that and the fact that I made it to my goal of 8 x 6 a while back and have gained 2 inches so I am beyond newbie gains.

So why would I stretch higher than 0.17 Mpa?? Simple, the entry to the plastic region is around .9 to 1.1 Mpa. The region in which the material deforms permanently is called the plastic region. You don’t have to enter that region for very long to get the effect you want but you also have to be careful. This is not a good strategy for a newbie.

A routine would be something like the following.

AM workout
First set 20 minutes 20 LB
Second set 5 minute shock weight in plastic region for 5 minutes 37.5 LB then last 15 minutes drop to 20 LB (done M-W-F only)
Third set 20 minutes 20 LB

PM workout
2 x 20 minute at 20 LB

Total 100 minutes a day.

Oh, almost forgot why I don´t use .01 Mpa…. The elastic region is the region where the material can be deformed and when released will return back to its original configuration. I consider any method of PE can get you gains as a newbie. In my opinion any new strategy that is proven beyond newbie gains is worth looking into. Unfortunately, IMHO, the whole strategy put forward by Kripta and Tutt has yet to prove itself beyond those newbie gains.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

I am thinking that maybe I need to change the routine

A routine would be something like the following.

AM workout

First set 20 minutes
Second set 20 minutes
Third set first 15 minute with work weight then shock weight in plastic region for 5 minutes (done M-W-F only)
10 minute edging

PM workout (optional)

2 x 20 minute at 20 LB

Total 100 minutes a day.

I am quite inexperienced yet on the hanging thing, only got 48 hours total in lil and three days to completing the 4th week. Think already gone past the newbie gains time (1 to 1,1cm) and this 4th week it certainly settled the rate. I started at 2kg and did short bursts of 4kg every now and then, realized it made my ligs more pliable to have 5 to 10 minutes at 4kg then lowering to 3kg, then 2kg for a longer period.
I have had to raise the 4kg time now to 15 to 20 minutes session to get that fatigue, sometimes even have to do a little more. And am mostly weighing at 3kg. But I do hang at 2kg at the end for a session or two. It doesn’t stretch as long as with 4kg, but I believe it kinda helps the thing stay more elongated after the excercises, since higher weight produces more inflammation of tissues. I have had ended the daily hanging with 4kg two or three times, and when I did, my dick looked shorter, way thicker… like, waaaay thicker, and tended to go a little bit turtled, while when ending on lower weights it don’t happen to me after excercising.
Heating? More often than not, I don’t use heat, and when I do, it’s just warming a bit, like 38 degrees or 39 on the surface. My “warming up” is starting with really low weight (for me that is again, 1 to 2kg), then after 5 to 10 minutes, I go raising it up to the max for that lig stress. I’ll have to wait a few weeks to do a calculation that don’t include my newbie gains, but I’m fast-estimating I’m now growing at a rate of 2mm per week, at an average of 15 hours a week (except last week which have been crazy).
I believe that would be my plastic range now. Far far faaaaar away from 40kg. 10% of that is my max tension and I really think if I go up to around 5 kilos, my dick will go “That’s It, I’m deattaching and finding another owner”. if you know what I mean. at least if I pull straight down it will. SU or SO don’t seem to be that sensitive on 4kg, but I’m not really doing too much time on those directions, for it’s kinda difficult to tell if fatigue comes or not. I will experiment when I get the chance.

On the other hand I found out every time I do higher weight, as soon as I get it off, a boner of astonishing rigidity comes out of nowhere a few minutes after. This is unrelated I know, but does anybody experience the same?

Have yet to start. Every time I have a starting date something comes up (work, wife, kids….etc). I think I might be starting next week.

Good to hear you are getting gains. Newbie games if this is your first attempt at PE tend to be 2-4 cm range. So you are still in the newbie gains range. Sounds like you are having to up the weight that is normal.

Are you getting fatigue at 2kg? If you are starting high then lowering to ride the fatigue then that will work

Heating is 50/50 . Some guys it works for others it does not. I suggest trying it.
2mm a week is very good gains. That translates to .8 cm a month. I like the 15 hours you are putting in. Time is very important.

40KG???? no,no,no I believe that between 38-45 LB (pounds) is the entrance into plastic range. so at most 20.5 KG

Hanging has been know to give better erection quality

Well, I’m getting fatigue at 4kg. I just ride it at 2kg to end the day, but now I mostly hang at 3kg and leave the 2kg for last session or two if I get to 3 hour or more on a particular day.
I’m an experienced extender user so I already had my newbie gains, but I;ve had a real growth spike on the first two weeks, it blasted 0,6cm in that time, now it’s 2mm aproximately per week. But I’m not going over 4kg, only will go over it when I have to do 3 straight sessions at 4kg to get fatigue. Yes, I’m aiming at 15 hours per week. Time under tension helps cement gains, at least that’s the theory on ADS, I wouldn’t believe this will be so much different.

40kg? lol I got the weight systems mixed up . My bad.

On the erection quality yes, extending and hanging do that. However, when I go max weight I often get a hardon right after the set, when the blood returns to the glans. It does not happen on lower weights tho. It might be my dick fighting back hahaha But Dick will always lose and get a beating later on. hahahahahahahhahaha
