Words I recently had to go back and re-read from BIB: hanging is a completely passive activity, it should feel like the weight is not even there. Over time your dick will toughen up and be used to it. Then, add more weight. Move slowly. 99% of the time you are holding back. This is not a contest.
Something else I did. BIB’s max weights in each position: 45 lbs BTC, 20 SO,and 25 OTS. Divide that by his original working time of 19 months. You get 2.36 lbs. BTC, 1.05 lbs. SO, and 1.31 lbs OTS PER MONTH!!! If you are going up faster than that you seriously need to check yourself. This helped put things in perspective for me….
Currently, I’m at 3.75 lbs. OTS. The other day I tried to get “cocky” and slapped on another lb. and was hanging 5 lbs. OTS. Needless to say, my head ballooned up, and I got numb real fast. Luckily, I snapped out of it and dropped back down. Now, I think when I ever get to 25 lbs OTS (passively, not clock watching)I will have a monster cock to go with that monster weight.
Your dick has to become used to the work. If you are clock watching you’re using too much weight. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend more than 1 lb. jumps at a time.
