Consistency or extra sets
Most people have their max amount of time they can afford to hang per day and they set it and stay consistent with that time frame, but we all have those extra moments when we could easily slip in an extra 20 minute set or two. The weekends can be challenging to your self-restraint, because if you want, you have hours upon hours of hang time. Consistency is important but, throwing in an extra 20 minute set every now and again isn’t going to throw off anybody’s routine. That being said, how much extra work do you believe is too much extra work?
