While doing a simple manual stretch whereby one reaches into the part of the penis where it attaches to the body and pulls from there, I realized the excercise creates a four inch inner section of structure (which I’m assuming is the tunica) that pulls about an inch from my body, leaving a flexible thinner part that I can wrap for hanging that doesn’t slip because of the thicker section ahead of it.

It takes a few minutes of stretching before the tunica becomes noticeably separate inside the shaft, but once that happens it’s pretty easy to get a good grip from my hanger and makes the session much more comfortable and far higher up the shaft away from the head than by just wrapping.

Just above the tunica, and the wrap sits snugly enough that the hanger pulls everything down nicely.

I love the manual stretch that grabs the structure in the penis right in under the pubic bone. When I do it for a couple of hundred repetitions it makes my dick big and fat, and when I use it as a prep for hanging it gives much more of a structure for the hanger to grip.

I am only hanging for 10 minutes per day presently with 7 1/2 pounds, but my E.Q. Is through the roof and so I’m hesitant to add more time just yet for fear of spoiling that.

I reach into the sides of my penis with my thumb and index finger and work as. Deeply into the inner shaft as possible and pull gently outward from there.

As you practice you will discover inner structures that become more defined as you pull repeatedly away from your body.

It is sort of a stretch/jelq. That seems to target the tunica and is perfect as. A pre-stretch to build an anchor point for hanging.
