Does anyone only hang?

Magus, hadn’t seen that tugger site before. They seem to be more aimed at stretching/restoring the foreskin. I’ve already got a full foreskin and don’t need to stretch it any bigger.

The way my little stretcher works is by putting the tension onto the internal parts of the penis, not the skin or foreskin. The advantage of it is that it does not constrict the penis in any way, so you can safely hang an hour at a time (all be it at low weights, say upto 6lbs). The BIB will definitely allow you to hang much bigger weights but you have to do it in short sets of 15min to restore proper blood circulation otherwise you can do serious damage!

I think why I like my little hanging device is that its so simple and easy to use. There’s no wrapping and no taking the weight off to restore circulation every 15 mins.

Whenever I have time on my own, surfing the net or working at my computer, I can attach my little sucker in less than 2 minutes and hang for an hour without any further effort. For anybody who is uncut I’d recommend trying this technique for hanging small weights.

I agree with mbuc, but I think it’s OK to push it to 20 minutes, because the bib provides descent circulation while hanging.

Yes they are more geared towards foreskin restoration. Searching the MOS forums though, I found allot of people where recommending the VTLC tugger as ADS. The ventless version of the tlc tugger creates a vacuum on the glans, the vented version doesn’t so only the skin moves not the penis itself. The VTLC tugger pulls from the tip of the glans while yours seems to pull on the whole glans (correct?). Anyway, about the VTLC I could use it for as long as I wanted without discomfort, I even slept in it, though it would come off by the time I woke up because of nocturnal erections. The one thing that was really painful was taking it off, taking the foreskin back off the VTLC over the edges felt horrible, which is why I dreaded taking it off. After a week, my foreskin was getting longer and it ended up just looking stupid. The guys at MOS said this wouldn’t happen but alas it did, so I’ve stopped visiting there now, and my VTLC has got tossed aside along with the MAX-XTENDER. Just thought I’d share that anecdote lol.

Like you Magus I don’t want my foreskin getting longer. When I use my little vacuum hanger the foreskin only forms a flexible seal so that the applied weight forms a vacuum inside the tube which in turns pulls on the glans.

I really must get hold of a digital camera and post some pics in the next few weeks. After all, a picture paints a thousand words!

I started PE not too long ago and I strictly hang right now, mainly fulcrum hangs, just because it will be easier to stretch out a 5” girth cock over a 6” girth or whatever I could have been if I had done girth exercises first. It’s also better to concentrate on either length or girth individually, not both together, or so I hear?

Looking for feedack on hanging

Hey guys here’s a question for the books;

I currently have time restrictions and can only PE for about one consecutive hour a day.

I try to compensate by wearing PE rings ( 2lbs weights) for 4hrs in the morning, come home warm wrap 5 minutes, hang down for 30 minutes, then hang@ 9:00 LOT position using a bungee cord and some weights for 20 minutes, then over the shoulder with bungee attached to my Capt’s wrench with weight for 20 minutes. I then follow with the PE weight rings (2 lbs) for about an hour or two depending on when the lady of the house comes home. I guess my questions would be; Is it OK to only PE once in a day if you don’t have time to due multiple sets ? Will wearing PE rings for four or so hours prior to hanging help fatigue the muscle and allow for more ligament growth/stretch during the hanging session due to being fatigued? And finally, will wearing the weight rings after hanging help to stop that natural retraction that happens after hanging during the healing process and allow the healing to take place in a lengthened state ?

I have done some girth work but with hanging my shaft gets too sore. I try to do some jelqs about once a week but that’s all I can take.
