Does hanging kill your EQ?

This does not correlate with my experience, which was two hours of hanging time almost every day for four months with no EQ problem. With the noose hanger, though, I was never able to exceed 6 pounds (2.72 kg).

The conclusion I have drawn regarding EQ is that my anxiety regarding my relationship with my wife has more to do with erections than hanging.

I lost morning wood with my wife twice this morning even though I was ready fully to start.

Thankfully we are able to talk about the damage we’ve both inflicted on each other and are optimistic for a continued reconciliation.

I used to have anxiety attacks due to alcohol abuse. (And close to a decade of depression). I won’t pretend that I can get erections by willing my penis to do so, but after having dealt with with both anxiety and depression very little will phase me. Be that some sort of performance anxiety, stress, confrontation and whatnot.

For one, I’ve an almost child-like appreciation for the world, again.

Good for you bro. This break up taught me a lot about myself and what I need as opposed to what another person wants.

I’m happy she wants something with Me, but I told her that her shit is her shit now. I won’t try to pick it up any longer.

I have found that child- like appreciation for things just recently and I’m now going to preserve that ability.

My wife is a good woman and says she is now able to see her issues as part of what was hurting us.

I’m grateful for that and I’m with her nowfor that reason, otherwise I would have left.

yep no doubt hanging heavy for weeks on end will kill eq..I hang an average of 5 sets a day with weights as high as 27 1/2 pounds, I use the btc position..i hang 7 days a week ..I also extend everyday for 2 to 4 hours aday….my first set is with 22 1/2 pds typically my second set is with 25 to 27 1/2 pounds.my 3rd 4th and 5th set are usually with 20 to 22 1/2 pounds.my sets are usually for 10 minutes ,some times if I get a good wrap and hanger attachment I can go for 15 minutes.even with 10 minute sets I still do 100 minutes., sometimes it takes 7 sets to 8 sets get my 100 minutes…….the pain of hanging over 17 1/2 pounds is fucking painful for the last 2 or 3 minutes of a 10 minute set…………….so why let my eq go to shit and why endure the pain, because my flaccid stretched length has made a big jump to 8 to 8 1/8 inches, 2 yrs ago stretching my wang to 7 was a bitch.i don’t do any of that bone pressed crap btw….hanging heavy like jelktoid and bib is the only way to go imo,…last yr I was spinning my wheels hanging 15 to 20 pounds..and I wondered why no results,,then I recalled an obscure statement bib made in one of his posts..he said if I recall correctly he pushed it to the edge almost to borderline injury.with his weights..let me say imo that is the most important truth about hanging that is seldom emphasized. that truth has increased my fsl and flaccid quickly and I think my nbpel……..my eq has been shit for the last 2 to 3 months as a result of heavy hanging, but I did get morning wood last week and sat on the edge of bed and gave a few strokes and said that is porno size.last time I measured I was 7 1/4 nbel im guessing im about 7 3/8 to 7 1/2 nbpel now and been sporting man size hung flaccids in jeans .. I was about to comment on that. Frank you may have some great things to offer the group, however in that format its unreadable. Try and structure your information better and the community will be better able to receive it.

So in terms of girth work what did we find hindered EQ the least?

Titleist wrote in his progress thread something along the lines of extreme clamping and pumping hurt his EQ but longer pumping sessions at lower pressure.. and fewer clamping sets, seemed to have not had a detrimental effect.

Forgive me Titleist, I’m paraphrasing I know.

I’m experiencing some EQ issues right now with my hanging routine so I’m dialing it back a bit, wondering if anyone else could chime in.

I understand you need to have some kind of soreness with hanging as that is a sign the ligaments are being deformed but maybe I went up in weight too quickly, too many sets.

Anyone else share this experience?

I might have diminished EQ from hanging. However, I also gained a bunch of weight during the same time period and my porn viewing has greatly increased.

I do think that when I up my routine quite a bit my EQ does diminish but not permanent.

I started Jelqing/stretching for about 2 months now and my EQ has been improved since then. No gain in length. I don’t see noticeable increase in girth too.

Probably I am a slow gainer and I am uncut. I am 38 yrs old.

I started bib hanging since Aug 8th after learning how to wrap. Learnt wrapping from bits and pieces from different threads and bib product guide took several days.

Wrapping guide in bib must improve. Explaining them in words is no longer helpful especially when comes to wrapping. Pics and videos not only help customers but also will increase bib’s sales. Anyway, it is just a suggestion. It’s up to bib to decide.

BTW, the problem I am facing is after doing hanging, my EQ went down drastically. Started with 3 lbs and moved on to 6 lbs. I am cutting down on my porn too.

Probably going to 6lbs was a mistake. So, I am on rest for the past two days. I am planning to rest for three more days probably with just light jelqing before start hanging.

I am new to hanging, recently hanged for three days straight using elite hangar it’s a cheaper version of a LG hanger. I hanged at 2.5 pounds for 1 hour session each day felt like I got a good stretch but now I feel like my EQ lowered any reason why or and suggestions.
