Dont buy cheap VAC chambers

The short story is that a few months ago i got some cheap ebay VAC chambers for around 50 euro, and i tried all kinds of techniques and bought different sleeves but i could never make it work, it would always loose vacuum and deattach. I though it was because im uncut and my foreskin somehow gets in the way or the sleeves are letting in air somewhere.
Anyhow, after trying it again after a few months, i realized that the problem might not be the with the sleeves or my foreskin being in the way, but with the valve. Indeed the valve was really basic, it was just this cone shaped rubber thing inside the chamber. After this i ordered a totalman, and sure enough, it works perfectly. The valve in the totalman is miles ahead of the ebay crap i had before.

Cant believe it took me 8 months to finally find something that works for me.

The Total Man bells aren’t perfect either. I don’t know about oil-based lubes - TM recommends a lubricant on the glans - but water-based lubes will get into the valve and gum it up. Make sure you wash the valve out thoroughly from time to time. Also, every now and then the valves simply quit working. TM sells replacement valves for cheap enough, but shipping will get you.

I use a Total Man bell myself, and I’m generally happy with their products and service, but they could still do some produce improvement.

Im sure you are right, i have only been using them for 2 weeks so its to early to tell.

I watched 2 video guides about using them but i dont recall him saying you should lubricate the glans. He said he lubricates the shaft where the skin comes in contact with the sleeve as that can irritate the skin.
Anyway i didnt really like his way of using it, as its too complicated and also i dont yet have clamps to keep me fully erect for 10 min while im taping and doing everything.

I basically use "JelqToGain"s method. I tape the glans with like 4-5 strips of micropore, then put on a silicon "cap" while rolling the skin back, and then i put on the chamber (with the outer sleeve). A very important part is to add a piece of foam in the chamber, otherwise you cant suck the air out as the silicon gets sucked in the valve and blocks it.
So far this worked for me, but i have only been hanging with 2kg so it might not be good enough with higher weights. Im sure he not doing all that prepping for the fun of it.

At the same time, there are some bad actors out there who will sell you equipment for MUCH more than it is worth. When I didn’t know any better I dropped tons of money on PE equipment just to realize it was repackaged Chinese garbage.
