After a hanging session SD I tend to get fatigued in the are marked with red in the picture. Is this normal? I don’t feel it in the skin but somewhere inside.. I suspect this is the ligaments?

Is it good to get fatigued in this area?

Years ago when I used to hang, I would get burned out in that area every once and a while. How much wieght are you using?

Yes, those are the ligs.

I’m using 8.25 pounds.

Is it a good thing that I am working the ligs? I have been using an extender for a year and just started hanging.. I used the extender in all directions, SU,SO,SD.

Many gain from just from lig stretching smonk. So in answer to your question, yes it’s a good thing .

How much time do you spend on your hanging seccions. Working your ligs can also feel like your gut hurts. Just take it easy and if it feels very uncomfortable, stop for a bit. Listen to your body.

I currently hang for 1.5 hours a day.. I hang for 2-3 hours previously but my morning wood became a little more soft, so I am now down to 1.5 hours.

When do you think I should move up in weights? I do feel a little fatigued after 1.5 hours at 8.25 pounds.

You may want to get a hold of one of the hangers around here. Try asking Gprent, I believe he hangs as well as a pumper. Have you tried go to the hangers forum here?

I thought I were in the hangers forum.
