Back in 2007, TPS started a thread on how to make your own silicone sleeves. I followed his instructions, bought some of the silicone compound he recommended, built a mold, and made about 8 sleeves.

I’ve found that these are very durable, and I don’t need that many. The ones I made are a bit larger than the ones you might buy on monkeybar’s site for the xsleeve ADS. His have an inner diameter of about 3/4”. The ones I made have an inner diameter of 1”, and an outer diameter of 1 3/8”. As a reference, the material is a bit firmer than the “medium” sleeve monkeybar sells, so they last longer. The larger inner diameter means they don’t squeeze your penis too much and are very comfortable. They are around 8 1/2” long. (See attached picture). They work fine if your girth is 5.25” or above, but might slip if you’re under 5” girth.

You can use them with a vac hanger, an ADS setup, or as part of your wrap routine for a compression hanger. I believe some folks use a silicone sleeve while pumping to control edema. You can use it as one piece, or cut it to the length you want with some scissors.

I’ll send a free sleeve postpaid to the first two people that send me private message with their address. I won’t do anything else with your address; your privacy (and mine) is important and I understand that. If you like the sleeve and want to say thanks, send a small donation to Thunders. I think it is the best PE site on the web.

So this will work with the bib? Interesting since I find wrapping to be a huge pain in the ass. I would def consider buying one if it will work with the bib.

Judging from the pic, you have an inborn knack for making them. Very professional looking.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I don’t know. When using my compression hanger, my wrap consists of a sleeve covered by the ankle part of a thick sock. You put the sleeve on by rolling it into a doughnut and then unrolling it onto your penis. I am giving 2 away because I have more than I need.

Thanks! I have given one away, and have one left. Want the other one?

Thanks for asking but I am strictly a pumper.

I’ve heard of some guys using these with their Bib and they were able to use crazy amounts of weight. I wouldn’t think it could withstand the pressure of the Bib for long term use.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I think you need to replace the sleeve occasionally, just like you replace other kinds of wrap because they wear out.

So they’re pretty durable?

Interested in how it works with a bib hanger. Sounds amazing.

Nice thread

Thanks everyone - I’ve found homes for my spare silicone sleeves.
