Fulcrum hanging before ligs are maxed out?
I read that fulcrum hanging should be done after ligs (or at least after a good while) but is there physiological reason behind it beside of conditioning?
Let’s say ligs are tense and is holding back tunica to reach its full potential: Can’t tunica and ligs be stretched at the same time / split sets? And after ligs are maxed, tunica just grows even bigger?
Did anyone here tried out early fulcrum hanging with success?
