Gigantic Vein

I recently started hanging again on a serious level. My concern is this gigantic vein on my penis. It’s on the top and I worry about it rupturing or tearing. Any thoughts?

You’re not talking about the dorsal nerve are you?

I guess it’s the dorsal vein. It worries me because hanging sometimes gets painful and my fear is that the thing will tear.
