Hanging 101 + Sample Routine

Have Question has it got to be sitting down I see the video shows you are sitting down. Could it be standing up?

Old thread so doubtful the original person will answer. You can hang many different angles, some be done when seating and some when standing some can be done either way.

For SO or BTC people usually sit down. SO usually involves some type of pulley on a desk in front of you.

For SD people are standing.
