Guys what do you think of this, I have been hanging 2 15 minute sets of 5 lbs. with the wench. After this I transform it and use it as and ADS for about an hour and a half. I then take a warm bath, and when I get out I put it on for about another 1 and a half to 2 hours. Do you think this might help my hanging gains. Any comments are welcome.

Hanging 5 lbs for a grand total of 30 minutes probably won’t do much for you in terms of gains, I’d imagine. You’re probably getting more out of the wench as an ADS for your 2.5 to 3 hours.

I’d change the order around:

Hot bath for warmup.

Hang at least 4 15 minute sets using a rice sock, heating pad or whatever during each set except the end of the last set (let your tissues cool under tension). More sets are better, but you should work up slowly.

Last, if time or circumstances permit, wear an ADS for awhile.

this is only my second week of hanging so I thought 30 to 45 minutes is where I should be at right now. Do I just keep the heating pad on my dic while I hang. Also when is it okay to go up in weight, and time. I usually hang in the evening, because that’s just when I have time.

You didn’t provide this info before, but yes. Two sets is a good starting point. Increase the number of sets gradually to fill the time you have available for PE. Then increase the weight as needed. The point I and others are conveying is that your time is better spent hanging than ADSing.

Yes. Try to position it so it keeps the area from the base to the hanger very warm. Don’t burn yourself or make it uncomfortably hot.

Increase time, meaning number of sets, first. If you aren’t feeling fatigued or needing to reduce weight after multiple consecutive hanging days, increase the weight a little bit.

The goal is to cause adequate stress and fatigue using the least weight for the most time you have available.

If there is any chance at all of sneaking in a set or two in the morning while keeping your evening routine intact, I recommend it.
“Book-ending” your day with sets is a great way to encourage and take advantage of fatigue. It also keeps those micro-tears open.
If you can do it, you really should.
