The only long term damage I could see getting done to your unit is whatever damage YOU CREATE by going too fast and not being aware of your own specific limitations. However, gpent got through to me when he told someone else about “teasing the gains” out of your cock. This is now my modus operandi. So why should I hang with more? Why condition your dick to hang more weight than you could gain with? The bottom line for me is to do the lightest amount of work that keeps me gaining and which allows me to heal up COMPLETELY. This, in my opinion, is the way forward to a dick which is not only *longer* but *healthier* as well.
