How much time do we have to wait before hanging after ejaculation?

From the thought that hanging is trained every day.

I generally hear people talk about a 2hr before or after PE kinda standard. But I think it depends on yourself and what your rebound time is like and how your cock reacts after ejaculation.

I generally do try to work in that 2 hr time frame but it depends. I personally would never turn down sex cause I have to wait after doing PE, but to each there own. Thats my 2 cents anyways.

Look up “refractory period”, there’s a certain amount of time it’ll take you to get an erection again after ejaculation.

I have no knowledge of hanging, but waiting an hour or two after you’re able to get an erection again seems like a good bet before doing any PE.

Can’t really see how it matters for length work…?

Girth work is different where you’d likely want to maintain engorgement for as long as possible.

My thought is if the tissues tighten after ejaculation it might be better to wait to do any exercises until the tissue is in a more relaxed state
