Although I am not quite sure what you exact problem is, I can relate to the slipping of one’s hanging device.
Yelq sticks won’t work for me (painfull), swimcap creates a vacuum, deforming the glans… The PVC hanger (the one that you seem to have made) hurts my glans, even when wrapped.
The only thing that stays on is my homemade “Bibs Uli thing”, made from rubber ( as it happens it was made from a rubber connector, for the kitchensinks outlet into the sewer).

First I wrap some thin cloth around the shaft, then the thing goes on,
and then I screw the clamp so tight that blood will still flow (!!!) but the hanging device does not come of. If you squeeze some blood in the glans just before tightening it up, the expanded glans will also prevent it from slipping (together with the friction from a tight clamp)
Be VERY carefull to check if you are not cutting off the blood circulation, for this will create 100% LOD (Loss Of Dick) and you will have nothing more to do in your spare time. :(
I am able to hang 10 Kilograms for about 10 minutes, for 3 quarters of an hour. But I started real easy, building it up gradually.
Recently I stopped hanging. It seems that 10 Kilos is no longer enough, progress is gone, and putting on some more weight seems silly .
So now I just pull my Thing sideways as hard as I can, everytime I go to the toilet.
If this works (it is too early to say anything meaningfull) I will report back to you guys.
