Well I’m happy to say that I’ve gained .25” from only 2 weeks of hanging. Who would have thought it’s possible after jelqing for so long without much results. I feel my shaft getting thicker as well. It’s odd because I am on a rest from jelqing, I started hanging instead so my foreskin can heal, than after the first week of hanging, I was on break and my erection quality magically improved. Thank you hanging!

I gained an inch from hanging. I had my own method and in about a month I truly gained one full inch. The only problem is ever since then I stopped hanging and I haven’t done any PE at all. I wish I would of kept my routine and kept hanging. I will start a new hanging routine and let you know my results, if any.

I did this routine before I knew anything about PE. This routine is not what most are used to. I took a loofah while in the shower and I used the string part of it and I let it rest at the start of my head. I would sort of wrap it a few times so my head had enough space and wouldn’t hurt. Then I had used a wire shampoo dish and let it hang onto the loofah (the picture doesn’t have a "C" clip like mine did-the one in the picture is just round and isn’t useful in my technique) I first used the wire shampoo dish as a beginning weight, but I would gradually add a bar of soap, then a shampoo bottle or two. The only problem with this method in the shower is that the loofah can irritate the head and even strap too much on the penis which isn’t good at all. But eventually as I added more weight onto the wire shampoo dish that was hanging on the loofah, the loofah wrap would slip and slide off my head slowly. I do not recommend this method at all because it was sort of irritating. But after I was done with the shower I would have an erect penis and I would then put a light towel over it and flex my PC muscle or whatever it’s called. Those two things are basically what I did for a month.d
