0,2” in two months is great!! Congratulations!! Can you describe sometime how you do the SO? To my understanding you do SO while seated. I was thinking to ask from the workshop to manufacture something like a stand which will be at the height of my body when seated (will be able to modify the height of it) and on top of this stand will attach (weld) a wheel. The plan is that while seated I will connect a piece of rope to the weights and the other end to the hanger Obviously the rope will go through the wheel. I think this will be the most comfortable pulling device ever. I don’t know if I will succeed in terms of gains but hopefully I will. I am just not ready yet since I decided to stick on BTC.

As for the weight and the vac hangers I am afraid that around 10kg is their limit. I don’t think you can hang more that 10kg with a vac hanger. But this is a different subject to discuss another time.

Thanks willing I had almost given up but I realised that so many hangers claim success, they have pictures to prove and they have so much information to give. Yes SO while seated, I sit in front of my computer so I have a pulley thing (like your wheel idea) screwed to the bottom of my computer’s desk, the rope goes from my hanger through the pulley and the weights hang down from there. If that makes sense!

I also hang SD while seated so you could give it a try if it eliminates your twisting problem. Anyway BTC is probably even better for ligs, I would but for some reason I get too much skin stretch and pain when doing BTC
