Extreemly motiviating thread. I started hanging about a month ago and have been getting in about 45 minutes a day with 12.5 to 15 pounds. I think that I have been using too much weight because I can’t always ride out a 15 minute set. Now that I see that you have acheived good results with 8.5 pounds, I think I will scale back my weight and see if it is a bit more comfortable.

I will be very interested to see if you make the sam esort of progress now that it seems that you are focusing more attention on your girth.

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Thanks a lot. I feel more motivated than I have been on a long time. During my clamping month, I lost 0.5 cm (0.2”) while gained the same in girth. For December, I got back to hanging again to take back what I lost and then I’ll try to get to 7.75” BPEL before I continue with girth again.

UpTo7: Just make sure you get a comfortable hanger.

Printman: 12.5 to 15 lbs sounds a lot. I scaled back a bit on my second hanging month as I believe hang time of at least 15 hours in a month is important to have. I hope I manage this much in December too and I’ll port my result of course.

I don’t have a bib hanger. Rather a self made which works really well. I’ll PM you.

Yes I have. Not sure how stiff it is though in comparison to other. But that is the reason I have adjusted the hanger so that the weight is connected on the underside of the hanger, making the head of my unit point a bit upwards and puts much more stretch on the underside than the upper side. It is a bit difficult to describe in words but maybe you understand what I mean?

Yeah, very interested to see your homemade hanger

Pictures! Hm…ok, try to pitcture this before a real picture.

I use a slim mouse pad as a wrapper around my unit, just behind the glans. Then I attach a clamp, standard sea clamp, the same way as you do when clamping. Meaning the screw down. I then attach a hook in a stretching rope (I am not English native, sorry) at the same place as the screw, and then the weights at the other end of the hook.

This causes my unit to bend upwards close to the glans, stretching the underside of the penis much more than the upper side. That is the key for me.
