Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I don’t have new thread privileges.

I hit on a new hang today, at least it’s new for me. I’m using Bib’s gear, and did about 25 minutes of the fulcrum hang with 3.5 lbs to tire things out a bit. Then I added 10lbs, and stood up. After about 10 minutes of standing I leaned over onto my desk, and felt new stress on the root of the top ligs, and also lots of stress at the very root of my penis, just front of my anus. It was intense, and I can still feel the fatigue.

Sounds good, I always chased those sensations when I was hanging. There has been debate as to whether it is necessary to gain. Who knows, but it sure does signal work has been done. Good luck to you.

Thanks Nine. Went after it again today, and can still feel the ache, pretty deep. Not a bad feeling, especially if I get some more growth out of it.

Just about the only way I hang is with pulley systems…

I hang while on the puter and have a pulley mounted under the desk to pull SO. When I’m in bed I have a pulley as well. Over the last year I have worked up to being able to hang over 20 pounds for about 50 minutes.When I’m in bed I use a timer and set it for 50 minutes and put it on my chest. I fall asleep all the time, but the ringer almost gives me a heart attack every time! Just lately I have been hanging closer to the tip instead of trying to attach the hanger as close to the base as possible. it seems like I get a LOT more overall stretch.

Do you ever hang standing, or bent over? I can still feel the fatigue from the last two days. Thanks for the tip about hanging from the tip. I’ve wondered about placement of the hanger on the shaft.
